I took Sunday off and didnt workout any since I hadnt been feeling too hot most the week. I feel regrouped and will strive to improve next week.

Finished my 6th day straight and had to really motivate myself more then when I used to usaually work out but I got it done. Debating on resting tomorrow though.
1-30-10 PUSHUPS 310 SITUPS 180 PULLUPS 72 Since today was Friday and I had a long tiring day of work and school I felt like slacking off some today. Im pleased with my results and the only thing right now I havent gotten figured out fully is my meal schedule and what to eat and when. But I'll get that down soon enough.
1-29-10 PUSHUPS 290 SITUPS 160 PULLUPS 70 Today went pretty well I had some stomach cramps on the back end of my workout but they didnt hinder my progress too much. I ate well today with two snacks in between my 3 meals and I will have a glass of milk and either some peanuts or sunflower seeds before bed for some extra nutriants.
1-28-10 PUSHUPS 290 SITUPS 170 PULLUPS 65 Today went pretty good I was able to improve more and could probably do more if I had a little more time. But I will continue to work at it. I did adjust my diet today and ate a lot more with snacks inbetween my meals. I ate a small pre workout snack with milk then water before my workout this morning and then breakfast after I cleaned up and dressed for work. But anyways I am happy with the progress and will continue tracking my results.
1-27-10 PUSHUPS 280 SITUPS 160 PULLUPS 60 Today felt a little better and I'm confident that when I'm near 100 percent I can increase my workload a little more. Right now my main concern is not eating enough during the day with my 3 meals a day diet plan. Yesterday I didnt eat very much and kind of felt it this morning during my workout. Today I ate a little more then yesterday and will be having a real dinner instead of soup tonight.
1/26/10 PUSHUPS 240 SITUPS 120 PULLUPS 60 This morning I started my first day of all bodyweight training and feel very good about it. I wasnt feeling too well this morning due to maybe something I ate yesterday but I was still able to complete the sets I wanted to starting off. I started off this morning soon as I got out of bed with 100 pushups, 50 situps, and 20 pull ups. Then after I got off work today I did 100 pushups, 50 situps, and 20 more pull ups. So for the day I totalled 200 pushups, 100 situps, and 40 pull ups. For being a little under the weather I felt good about the workout and feel once I'm 100 percent I can do a little more. I didnt eat much today due to my stomach feeling bad kind of like a stomach virus. I ate a cup of apple sauce for breakfast with water, 6 peanut butter crackers for lunch with lots of water, and dinner either soup or pork chops and mashed potatoes( havent decided if I should test my stomach yet).
Day 1: 200 pushups 100 situps 40 pull ups This morning I came across a atricle about Former NFL Star Herschel Walkers crazy workout routine and his use of body weight exercise. Its inspiring to me starting off and amazing that he could do it so long at such a high level and still does it everyday. I could never do 2,000 pushups and situps a day like him and eat only one meal a day at dinner time. But it worked for him and he proves that bodyweight exercise can be just as good as weights and barbells. I'm starting this site to basically try out something new getting in shape with bodyweight exercises instead of barbells and weights. My normal routine was 30 minutes on the treadmill and some barbell exercises 3 days a week and then alternate it with weightlifting. I ate 3 strict meals a day as healthy as possible usually cereal for breakfast (rasin bran), peanut butter jelly sandwiches on wheat with sunflower seeds at lunch, and whatever the wife cooks for dinner and water all throughout the day. The reason I wanted to switch to bodyweight exercise is I recently moved and havent really worked out in two weeks due to the fact we have less room. So my weights and bench are outside and my treadmill for now in the dining room. Anyways I figured now would be a good time to try implementing a diffrent routine and tracking my results and seeing others diffrent results and opinons here.
