Today felt a little better and I'm confident that when I'm near 100 percent I can increase my workload a little more. Right now my main concern is not eating enough during the day with my 3 meals a day diet plan. Yesterday I didnt eat very much and kind of felt it this morning during my workout. Today I ate a little more then yesterday and will be having a real dinner instead of soup tonight.
