Today I went very easy instead of hard due to defensive tactic training in school starting today. Im going to ease up a little until I see how tough the workouts will be during class.

Today I was suppose to do a much lighter workout but I wasnt able to completely so I'm hoping it wont affect my workout tomorrow when I have to go hard as possible.

Today went well after getting practically three days rest this weekend. I had a good hard workout today and will try alternating hard workouts with medium workouts every other day rotating.

Busy Friday today so I didnt have time at all today to workout. I managed this morning to quickly get some work in but its all good I will be well rested hopefully for a tough tough 4th week.

I have been feeling a little sore each day so I'm thinking I need to rotate light and heavy days since I'm probably not giving the muscles long enough to rest. This weekend I'm going to give them two full days off, Saturday and Sunday, and maybe that will work better.

I have been feeling a little soreness mostly in my stomach and shoulders so I eased back a little today.

This week I'm focusing more on pushups and pullups more then the situps. The pushups and pullups work the stomach also so I'm going to concern myself with maintaining and holding form on my pushups and pullups.

I took off this Sunday too my back has been kind of aching most likely from situps. I never liked situps, I usually did crunches, but I will continue with them for now. I did 60 pushups and 10 pullups this afternoon just for a tiny tiny bit of work but other then that mostly rest.

I worked hard to try making up for my lack days during the week and felt great toward the end of my workout today. The body weight workout is starting to shape up more muscle and I feel improvement each week.
