Busy day of work and getting home late cost me some time and reps. But I still got some decent work in. This hasnt been the best week but its going ok.

I really had to motivate myself to get it done today. I dont know if its school/work tiring me out or all my workouts but I was feeling very sluggish today. I ran a little bit this afternoon at school for PT so that was a little bonus fitness today. It wasnt hard running but it was a good little sweat.

I didnt have much time at all today but I fit in as much of a hard workout as possible but the amount I was able to do was lower due to time restraints today.

I did well starting off but by the end of my workout I started dragging but I still did ok and got it done. I'm thinking of slowly adding my cardio back in maybe Saturdays and Sundays and go light on the body weight exercises those days.

Im feeling good going into this second week but thinking of maybe down the line having less high rep days and use those days to really make sure my form is right. But I havent decided yet I will continue listening to my body and its doing ok so far.
