I worked hard to try making up for my lack days during the week and felt great toward the end of my workout today. The body weight workout is starting to shape up more muscle and I feel improvement each week.

Busy day of work and getting home late cost me some time and reps. But I still got some decent work in. This hasnt been the best week but its going ok.
2-5-10 PUSHUPS 280 SITUPS 170 PULLUPS 65 I really had to motivate myself to get it done today. I dont know if its school/work tiring me out or all my workouts but I was feeling very sluggish today. I ran a little bit this afternoon at school for PT so that was a little bonus fitness today. It wasnt hard running but it was a good little sweat.
2-4-10 PUSHUPS 330 SITUPS 220 PULLUPS 80 I didnt have much time at all today but I fit in as much of a hard workout as possible but the amount I was able to do was lower due to time restraints today.
2-3-10 PUSHUPS 200 SITUPS 130 PULLUPS 35 I did well starting off but by the end of my workout I started dragging but I still did ok and got it done. I'm thinking of slowly adding my cardio back in maybe Saturdays and Sundays and go light on the body weight exercises those days.
2-2-10 PUSHUPS 330 SITUPS 200 PULLUPS 79 Im feeling good going into this second week but thinking of maybe down the line having less high rep days and use those days to really make sure my form is right. But I havent decided yet I will continue listening to my body and its doing ok so far.
2-1-10 PUSHUPS 330 SITUPS 190 PULLUPS 76 I took Sunday off and didnt workout any since I hadnt been feeling too hot most the week. I feel regrouped and will strive to improve next week.
Finished my 6th day straight and had to really motivate myself more then when I used to usaually work out but I got it done. Debating on resting tomorrow though.
1-30-10 PUSHUPS 310 SITUPS 180 PULLUPS 72 Since today was Friday and I had a long tiring day of work and school I felt like slacking off some today. Im pleased with my results and the only thing right now I havent gotten figured out fully is my meal schedule and what to eat and when. But I'll get that down soon enough.
1-29-10 PUSHUPS 290 SITUPS 160 PULLUPS 70 Today went pretty well I had some stomach cramps on the back end of my workout but they didnt hinder my progress too much. I ate well today with two snacks in between my 3 meals and I will have a glass of milk and either some peanuts or sunflower seeds before bed for some extra nutriants.
